Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Pandeo Technologies LLC ("Pandeo", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile apps, including EasyKeys, BandBox, Lumivia and Creo: Catholic Missal (together, the "Apps"), and this website. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Some features ask you to create an account or enter content, such as your name, email address, practice history, lesson progress, songs, setlists or messages to your bandmates. We use this only to provide the feature you asked for.

Information collected automatically. Like most apps, our Apps may record basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports and anonymous usage statistics. We use this to fix bugs and improve the Apps.

Purchases. If an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple tells us whether a purchase is active so we can unlock the right features.

Website. This website does not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages visited, for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To run the Apps and the features you choose to use
• To sync your data between your devices when you sign in
• To respond to support requests and other messages you send us
• To understand problems, prevent abuse and keep our services secure
• To improve the Apps and develop new features

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to host our servers, store data, send email and report crashes. They process information only on our behalf and under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Sharing inside the Apps

Some Apps let you share content with other people, for example inviting bandmates to a BandBox group. Content you share this way is visible to the people you share it with.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Apps. You can delete your account from within the App where that option is offered, or by emailing privacy@pandeo.dev. We will delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

Some of our Apps, such as EasyKeys and Lumivia, are made for children to use with a parent, teacher or catechist. Children do not need an email address or password to use them. EasyKeys syncs a family's practice records under a private family code so they can be shared across the family's devices, and a parent can turn syncing off in Settings. Lumivia keeps a child's progress on the device unless a parent connects the child to a catechist's class, which shares the child's nickname and lesson progress with that catechist. These Apps have no ads, no chat and no public leaderboards. Parents can ask us to review or delete their child's information at any time. If you believe a child has given us personal information without a parent's permission, please contact us and we will delete it.

App by app

EasyKeys

Practice records are stored on the device first and sync across the family's devices under a private family code, which a parent can turn off in Settings. Children never need an email address. There is no chat, no ads and no public leaderboard.

BandBox

BandBox needs an account so your band can share songs, setlists and messages. What you post in a band is visible to that band's members. We never sell your information.

Lumivia

Kids use Lumivia without an account, and their progress stays on the device. If a parent connects a child to a class, the catechist sees the child's nickname and lesson progress. No ads, no chat, no purchases, and nothing about confession is ever typed or stored.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the App.
