Terms of Use

These terms apply to the apps and websites offered by Pandeo Technologies LLC ("Pandeo", "we", "us"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Using our apps

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control. Please don't misuse the apps, try to break their security, or use them to break the law or harm others.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you create or upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the features you use. You are responsible for content you share with others.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features are sold through the App Store. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Religious and educational content

Our faith apps present texts for prayer and study. We work to present them accurately, but they are not a substitute for guidance from your parish or the official published editions.

Disclaimers

The apps are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and let you know where appropriate.
