Do I need a digital piano?
No. A MIDI keyboard unlocks the most feedback, but EasyKeys also listens to an acoustic piano through the microphone, and every stop works with a timer if neither is available.
Can the whole family share it?
Yes. Practice records sync across a household's devices under a private family code. Syncing can be turned off in Settings to keep everything on one device.
Does it replace a piano teacher?
It is built to support lessons, not replace them. Teachers can link to a student, assign pieces and leave notes that show up at the start of practice.

Who can see our songs and setlists?
The members of your band. Content you share in a band is visible to the people in that band.
Can I use it on stage hands-free?
On Stage mode can auto-scroll through a song and moves to the next one with a single tap, on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.
Can I be in more than one band?
Yes. Switch between bands and each one keeps its own songs, setlists, calendar and chat.

Does my child need an account?
No. Kids learn fully on the device without an account. A parent only connects them to a class if their catechist uses Lumivia.
Is anything about confession recorded?
Never. There is no place to type sins or reflections, and the examination of conscience is never saved or sent anywhere.
Can brothers and sisters share a device?
Yes. Each child has their own journey, progress and class on the same device.

Account and data questions
How do I delete my data?
Use the delete or remove options in the app's settings where they're offered, or email privacy@pandeo.dev and we'll take care of it.
How do purchases and subscriptions work?
If an app offers purchases, they're handled by the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings, and restore purchases from the app's settings.
